Weston under Penyard Parish Council

As the first tier of local government, the parish council is uniquely placed to make a major contribution to localism.  The job of the parish council is to represent the interests of the whole community

Coronavirus – Covid-19 support
Want to volunteer in your local area or need support ?
Many of the people who regularly volunteer in our communities will be people who are being asked to self-isolate (people over 70 years old). If you want to provide support or are not sure where to go to get the support you need, please contact us on the above details, or register your details with us at www.herefordshire.gov.uk/covid19help and we can connect you to local volunteers in your area.

Support for businesses can be found at https://www.businesssupport.gov.uk/coronavirus-business-support which has been set up by government as a one-stop shop for all the support on offer.

Currently the Parish Council is considering the use of tele-conferencing and other forms of virtual meeting and we understand that the Government is considering legislation to allow this to happen.
